But I remembered as I always connected from different IP for updating the VPS, I never noticed that I couldn't connect by SSH/SFTP while I'm on the OpenVPN/WireGuard connected to the same VPS. There were no modifications in CSF+LFD, sshd at all. Update I: I restored a full disk backup of VPS from the time I just installed and configured the OpenVPN, WireGuard, CSF+LFD based on clean instructions.

Where shall I look to fix this and how, please help?

Maybe this is an SSHD configuration that caused this? or it may be an iptables configuration that affected by CSF+LFD(csf.conf, csf.allow, csf.ignore) and does remain active even when CSF+LFD disabled? I disabled the CSF+LFD and tried to connect by SSH while I'm on this VPS's IP(by OpenVPN/WireGuard), and it does not fix the issue. Thus I was able to SSH from to the remote VPS. I was able to connect to the VPS by PuTTY while I was connected to the same VPS by OpenVPN or WireGuard. As I have OpenVPN/Wireguard on the same VPS and I connect to it by the same IP of VPS in the vision of QBitTorrent Web-UI or SSH. The VPS was working perfectly until I tried to harden the security with QBitTorrent's Web-UI access port and limit it to the VPS's own IP as I don't want any other IP besides the VPS's IP to have access to this QBittorrent WebUI port. Applications installed on VPS: OpenVPN, WireGuard, CSF/LFD, QBitTorrent(remote WebUI)
